1.) What time is check in and check out time
Check in for all hotel rooms is at 2:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. Check in for the Cabin is 4:00 PM.
2. Does the Hotel Vienna have a resort fee?
Hotel Vienna does not charge a resort fee. Our rates are based on mandatory NY state taxes but outside of that there are no additional fees. Should you wish to have outside guests join you at our property to utilize a day pass, they may inquire about a guest pass which is available for a nominal fee based upon availability.
3. Is Wi-Fi available at Hotel Vienna, and is it free?
Yes! Free wi-fi is available during your stay.
4. Does Hotel Vienna have a pool?
Hotel Vienna has a serene pool house and the only hotel in Windham with an indoor pool house, so whether its rainy or sunny, you can always take a dip at Hotel Vienna.
5. Does Hotel Vienna offer parking facilities?
Our parking is complimentary and plentiful. We also offer EV charging spaces for those who wish to charge up before heading to the next destination and can station large busses and transportation.
6. Is there Dining at Hotel Vienna?
At Hotel Vienna we believe that a healthy breakfast is the best way to start your day, so we always offer it complimentary to all of our guests staying in the hotel. While this full service buffet is not available to guests of our home, we can have some of our freshly baked croissants delivered to the house daily with our compliments upon request.
While we do not have a full service restaurant on property, we do have our kitchen open on the weekends from 5pm to 9am for light bites, snacks and holding you over if you get here late. The quaint town of Windham is full of some amazing restaurants and we encourage you to peruse our dining section for ideas and inspiration.
7. What amenities and services does Hotel Vienna provide?**
In addition to our breakfast, we offer an array of amenities including full service housekeeping daily, social gathering spaces throughout the property with complimentary wood for fire pits. Complimentary use of our pool and sauna for all guests including those staying in the home.
8. What is the Pet policy?
Our hotel welcomes dogs only as pets as our hotel is best suited for dogs to thrive. The fee covers the deep cleaning as well as the following amenities: Complimentary treats, water bowls delivered to your room on demand, pet exercise areas nearby, courtesy bags for walking your dog.
Please be aware that our dog fee is $50 per pet per night for hotel rooms and $75 per night for the home, and there is a maximum of 2 dogs per stay.
*A dog waiver is required to be signed before arrival. Breed restrictions may apply.
9. What activities are available at or near Hotel Vienna?
There’s plenty to do on property with our year round pool, sauna, and fire-pit areas. Our prime location in the quaint town of Windham, New York, also has amazing local restaurants, golf, hiking, skiing, local festivals and more! Check out our activities page for more.
10. How can we get to the hotel?
For those driving plug the following address into your preferred gps navigator: 107 State Route 296, Windham, NY 12496.

11. What is the cancellation policy of Hotel Vienna?
Cancellation policies will vary based on where and how you book your stay as well as what rate plan or package you booked. For the best booking terms, we recommend always booking direct with us. Please see your booking confirmation for the policy or email us at info@thehotelvienna.com

While the home does not include daily house keeping services, we provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.
